A Horse Racing System provides one of the easiest ways to pick or tip winners in horse racing. The Base Ratings are those referred to by the Predicted Position Rank rule, the Better Ratings by the abbreviation BR$ in the system name and the Plus Ratings by the abbreviation PR$ in the system name (eg BR$1 means top Better Ratings horses).
